My path into massage therapy began with a desire to work in healthcare and support people during vulnerable moments in their lives. I hold a degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Science Instruction, and for the past two years I have worked closely within physical and occupational therapy settings. During this time, I had the privilege of assisting women navigating breast cancer treatment and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Massage therapy allows me to combine scientific understanding with compassionate, hands-on care. I believe the body deserves thoughtful, individualized attention, and each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
My approach blends clinical awareness with a calming, nurturing environment. While relaxation is often seen as a luxury, I believe it is an essential component of health. When the nervous system is supported and the body feels safe, healing processes can occur more effectively.
I am building a practice centered on safe, personalized care for those who value both wellness and clinical excellence. Massage therapy is healthcare, self-care, and mental restoration combined. I am honored to support you in feeling more comfortable, capable, and at home in your body.
